THE ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF PETERBOROUGH, ONTARIO - hosted an event at the Trent Hills Library in Campbellford on June 21, 2016 where Elizabeth Murray talked about her experience with demenita and read excerpts from her memoir. Leslie Parham, Executive Director of the Society, was on hand to answer questions and provide information about the services they provide in the area.
“Liz’s presentation was both poignant and powerful,” Parham said. “The audience really connected with her story. A number of people said that they wished they had heard her speak before they began their own journey with dementia.”
